These Terms govern your access to Joinbase and the services we provide. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The founder board is a matchmaking tool. Joinbase facilitates introductions only. We do not broker, arrange, or process investments or ownership transfers, and we do not hold funds in escrow. Any agreements between founders happen off-platform and are your responsibility.
Payments are for Joinbase services only. Pricing, billing cadence, and plan terms are presented in your order form or checkout. Stripe processes payments on our behalf.
Payment methods are collected at studio approval to secure the MVP start window.
Studio subscriptions have a minimum term (36 months). Billing begins on the MVP delivery day. If delivery misses the 7-day MVP window after campaign start, the subscription is waived.
By providing a payment method, you authorize recurring charges once the subscription starts. Additional third-party costs (for example, platform accounts) are disclosed via a cost sheet.
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your order form.
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for violations.
