Initiation fees are charged immediately and are non-refundable once the service window begins, except where required by law.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis after kickoff. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period.
One-time invoices, if any, are sent for approval and are due by the stated due date. Payments on invoices are non-refundable once processed.
To cancel, use the billing portal or contact hello@joinbase.dev. We will confirm the effective end date of your subscription.
