If Joinbase does not deliver the MVP within the 7-day campaign window after kickoff, the full 36-month subscription is waived.
Subscriptions begin on the MVP delivery day and are billed monthly for 36 months. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period.
Third-party costs (for example, app store accounts) are detailed in a cost sheet and billed separately if required. Those payments are non-refundable once processed.
To cancel, use the billing portal or contact hello@joinbase.dev. We will confirm the effective end date of your subscription.
